One of the most memorable hotel experiences! This hotel has it all - value for money, attention to detail, and a location that's just off the main road through Darjeeling. The rooms are cozy and offer a breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The breakfast served is delicious and there are plenty of options to choose from, with a different menu every day. Plus, they even have a games room with table tennis, adding an extra fun element to your stay.

We loved the hotel facilities, including the use of glass bottles with RO water which was a great green initiative. The breakfast was really good and staff were excellent, including Smiriti, Pragya and Swarajya. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of Kanchenjunga from the mountain view rooms and the fact that the hotel is located in walking distance from the Darjeeling mall.

Excellent service and good vegetarian food

During my recent stay at Sinclairs in Darjeeling, I was impressed by the excellent service and the delicious vegetarian food. The staff in the F&B department went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The location of the hotel was also ideal, within walking distance of all the popular eateries and shops. The rooms were cozy and equipped with a heater to combat the chilly nights. The highlight of our dining experience was the Kanchenjuga restaurant, where we enjoyed a variety of vegetarian dishes that did not disappoint. The breakfast spread was ample, and the Chole Bhature was a standout. The staff and Chef Mr. Umesh were incredibly attentive, even fulfilling my daughter's request for a lemon souffle, which was not available on the first night but prepared for her the next evening. our holiday was made special thanks to the attentive staff and delicious vegetarian food. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located on top of a very steep slope, just off the main road through Darjeeling, making for an easy stroll to the main square and right in the center of the town. The rooms offer a limited view of the cityscape and some even provide a glimpse of the resplendent Kanchenjunga. The staff at this hotel is truly outstanding, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The basic amenities in the rooms are well maintained and the breakfast served is delicious with a wide variety of options.
